How This Cider is Made

This cider is made with strawberries, Mountain Mac planted 4 acres of strawberries specifically dedicated to producing this cider. These strawberries are harvested each July and processed the same day they’re picked. Although it does not sweeten the cider, we did add a touch of vanilla to give this a lighter desert flavor. We also lightened the amount of carbonation to give it a smoother texture and desert-like feel on the mouth.

Sippin’ Tips

This cider is light in color and feel with notes of strawberry, however it is cider first. This drink was designed for late spring and summer, and is meant to be served ice cold. It can be served on its own as a desert drink, though it will go well with any course and pairs well with poultry, fish and vegan dishes.
