How This Cider is Made
This cider is made with raspberries grown right here by Mountain Mac. Currently, the raspberry patch is 4 acres and yields nearly a thousand pounds of berries that we use in this cider each year. The raspberries are harvested each day during the season to ensure each berry is added to our cider with the freshest flavor.
Sippin’ Tips
With a light red color and fragrant notes from the raspberries, this drink is meant to be served on ice or just icy cold. It is a great cider in the summer time or on a hot day. This cider is exceptionally dry and intense, with complex apple cider flavors first, followed by a raspberry taste. This pairs well with poultry, fish and vegan dishes.
